Nurturing Our Leaders, One Step at a Time

At this stage, our youngest leaders are just beginning their journey. They are learning how to use their voices, not only to communicate their own needs but to advocate for their peers by working together.

Grades K4-2nd

In this phase, students are introduced to the qualities that define a leader. Our program engages them in diverse activities that expand their interests and skills, helping them build a foundation for leadership.

Grades 3rd-5th

As our leaders grow, they begin to align their personal interests with a meaningful passion project. Programs are designed to help students understand that true success is connected to a larger purpose they are still discovering.

Grades 6th-8th

In this final stage, leaders participate in internships and other real-world experiences that prepare them for life after high school. The focus is on leadership development and readiness for post-secondary opportunities.

Grades 9th-12th

Encouraging curiosity through activities, discussions, excursions, and more to help students define their purpose and life goals.

Promoting curiosity in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math through diverse activities.

Fostering mindfulness in the Black community with dedicated activities.

Developing active citizenship through our Foundations of Leadership.

Providing comprehensive support to prepare our scholars for life after high school.
